The company I work full time for does client events at industry conferences every year. Each year I create the invites for the clients. These are some of my funner projects. This year they are doing an event at SeaWorld with Shamu so the invite had to have an underwater theme. We worked out some ideas and decided to create an underwater background because the clients will enjoy dinner with the sharks. It has been awhile since I posted anything on my blog. As I have said before Gibbs Design is a part time job for me so I haven’t devoted as much time this past year as I would have liked to. Client: Transamerica Reinsurance ASC Committee Objective: Create colorful posters for the ASC fund raiser that represent the theme of Mardis Gras. Challenge: Every year Transamerica Reinsurance helps to raise funds for the ASC (Arts & Science Council) in Charlotte, NC. Each year they pick a theme and run events around it to get the employees involved. This year they chose Mardi Gras because the campaign fell during the week before and during Mardis Gras.
